Before asking for help, please check the FAQ to see if your question is answered there.
If you have an “Active” student account and are logged in, please post your questions at the MySmallBizU Forum. We monitor the forum and will answer questions posted there, as far as my time permit.
If you have questions specific to your MySmallBizU.com account you have the following options
- Login to your account profile page, this ONLY includes your MySmallBizU.com details.
- Post a question in the MySmallBizU forum
- Open a Helpdesk ticket - If you have questions about how the site works please use the MySmallBizU forum.
