Is article announcer is the best tool? Or is it a matter of preference. Some people have said really good things about isnare as a submission and distribution service... Which service/tool should one use?

A question about article marketing

I understand the value of this resource... Should you use one tool or a number of tools to distribute your articles? I used article marketer for my articles but I have not seen the traffic numbers that are being talked about.. Was there an error os judgement on my part or have I made a mistake in the way I have submitted these articles.. Please advise..
